Zircotec
Zircotec is a specialist heat management company with expertise in plasma-spray processing and the production of high performance surface coatings and finishes. They have a broad customer base including leading motorsport teams, OEM vehicle manufacturers and companies operating in a number of fields, including the aerospace, marine, and oil and gas industries.
It has enabled us to reallocate resources – it’s certainly played a part of us being able to put people in roles that are expanding the business rather than administrative overhead.
Zircotec were aware that the people on production line were spending a lot of time filling in paperwork, checking order sizes and manually batching production resulting in confusion and minimum production control.
